Introducing the next generation of 5 A Day!

The CDC has updated its fruits and vegetables Web site to reflect the new Fruits & Veggies-More Matters TM campaign, which takes the place of the 5 A Day program. Visit the new FruitsandVeggiesMatter.gov Web site to get tools and information to help you eat more fruits and vegetables each day!

WIC Nutrition Program
Woman Infants and Children (WIC) is a program designed to help educate and supplement the diet of children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. WIC focuses on the benefits of nutritional foods at an early age.

For more information about the program and how to qualify, click here.

Food Services Goes Online
Massena Central School District's Food Service Department is now providing parents and staff members with a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service.

The service enables parents and staff members to deposit money into school meal accounts at any time. This service also makes account balance information available for viewing through a web site called MySchoolBucks. Because students have money available in their account prior to entering the cafeteria,  lunch lines move along much faster and students have more time to eat and be with friends.
